Service Description
This Breath Coaching programme offers 4 sessions over one month and gives an in-depth, tailored and longer-lasting solution for managing wellbeing at work. Individuals will learn simple techniques that are easy to remember and can be used anywhere – with immediate results. No specialist equipment is necessary and best of all, this course can be offered in-person or online for everyone’s convenience. During the course, participants will receive email support, homework (max 15 minutes daily) and unlimited access to several audio recordings of guided breathing practices. Participants will learn: - How to 'breath test' and what the results indicate - The science & physiology of breathing and why it matters - How an ‘agile’ nervous system improves health & wellbeing - A variety of breath techniques to: • steady nerves, balance mood and aid digestion • relieve stress and anxiety and improve sleep • boost energy and increase focus Price includes up to 20 participants
