In this 1-hour Discovery Workshop you'll learn: - How to 'breath test' and what the results tell you - The science of breathing and why carbon dioxide is so important - How to work with your body's autonomic nervous system to build resilience - 3 breathing techniques that specifically target stress, energy, sleep and digestion Each individual will also receive unlimited access to 3 guided audio recordings.
