Regular 30-minute sessions include breathing techniques, mindful meditation and adapted desk or chair yoga to help ease tension, manage stress, increase focus and bring balance to the working day. Individuals learn simple techniques that are easy to remember and can be practised almost anywhere. No specialist equipment is necessary and best of all, this programme can be offered in-person or online for everyone’s convenience. Sessions are normally run weekly or bi-weekly according to need, but it is also possible to arrange a stand-alone workshop as part of another corporate event. Your team will benefit from taking time to recharge and will learn lifelong tools for supporting their own wellbeing, both in and out of work.
