Ballet merges with pilates & yoga in this low-impact but intense workout that burns calories, tones & strengthens the muscles & increases flexibility. Using isometric movements and stretches, this class is set to upbeat music and is great fun.

Together we work through a short warm-up in the centre, at least 30 minutes at the barre (think pliés + lunges + arabesques + squats) and the last section on floor-work, incorporating arm, abdominal, leg and glute strengthening as well as stretch and relaxation.

Good for: core, posture, flexibility, strength and releasing a bit of your inner Darcey Bussell!

What to wear: comfortable leggings and tee, socks with grip, bare feet or ballet shoes.
