Thursdays 9.30 - 10.30 am (small group, 5-week course, no drop-in)

Fridays 9.00 - 10.00 am (small group, 5-week course, no drop-in)

Lunchtime Barre

Fridays 12.15-1.15 pm (open class, drop-ins welcome)

We are running class capacity at 12 students (Open Yoga & BarreConcept) or 5/6 students (Small Group Yoga).
